Old school Italian on The Plaza
We're an old school Italian spot in downtown Sea Girt, right by the tracks. Come for Italian plates, seafood and cocktails.
The room
It's wood paneled and cozy, with a big bar and booths. Reserve ahead on weekends and in summer.
What to order
Start with the garlic shrimp cooked in Chardonnay wine and served over crostini, or the artichoke Francese. Then get the rigatoni Bolognese.
Chris, our owner
Chris is our host, and he comes around to the tables to introduce himself. And yes, there's a filet mignon Dr. Chris on the menu.
Live music and martinis
The martinis are the thing at our big bar, and the band plays some nights. In summer, sit outside and you'll hear it.
Parties of 10 to 100
We host anywhere from 10 to 100 guests in a reserved space, and we'll work out the menu with you ahead of time.
